圖像樣張有時(shí)也被稱(chēng)為隨機(jī)樣張或散播樣張,又因?yàn)檫@些樣張上只有圖像,而沒(méi)有任何頁(yè)面布局方面的信息。如果你不知道掃描后的圖片或拍攝的數(shù)碼照片將如何被復(fù)制,或者不知道印刷服務(wù)供應(yīng)商是否已經(jīng)幫你完成了掃描工作,那你可能就要在進(jìn)入下一個(gè)生產(chǎn)步驟之前檢查一下圖像樣張。
Image proofs are sometimes referred to as random proofs or spread proofs, because there are only images on these proofs without any page layout information. If you don't know how the scanned image or digital photo will be copied, or whether the printing service provider has finished the scanning work for you, you may need to check the image sample before going to the next production step.

尺寸。圖像的尺寸是否正確?如果要在一個(gè)項(xiàng)目里對(duì)不同尺寸的同一幅圖像進(jìn)行重復(fù)使用,那么就要檢查一下每一幅圖像的縮放比例是否正確。
Size. Is the size of the image correct? If you want to reuse the same image of different sizes in a project, you need to check whether the scaling ratio of each image is correct.
裁切。當(dāng)你打算把圖像放入頁(yè)面版式中的時(shí)候,它能否占滿(mǎn)整個(gè)目標(biāo)區(qū)域?千萬(wàn)不要把不該裁的內(nèi)容裁切。此外,如果你只需要用到一幅圖像中的很小的一部分,那就可以把沒(méi)用的圖像都裁掉,以節(jié)約存儲(chǔ)空間,加快處理速度。
Cutting. When you plan to put the image into the page layout, can it occupy the whole target area? Don't cut the content that shouldn't be cut. In addition, if you only need to use a small part of an image, you can cut out all the useless images to save storage space and speed up processing.

Direction. Determine whether the image you are processing will be used horizontally or vertically in the final layout.

Angle. Is the current angle of the image the same as that used in the printed product?

Match the original. Can this sample truly reproduce transparent original, reflective artwork or digital photos? Sometimes the matching degree between the sample and the original is a subjective evaluation, but we can check whether the sample and the original match on the premise of only using CMYK four-color pigment.
色彩。樣張是不是太暗了,太亮了或缺少反差?像白色、灰色和黑色這樣的中性區(qū)域里是否被印上了我們不想要的顏色?舉例來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)該仔細(xì)檢查水泥路或柏油路這樣的灰色地帶,確保它們沒(méi)有被印上紅色、藍(lán)色或綠色等顏色。
Color. Is the sample too dark, too bright or lack of contrast? Are neutral areas like white, gray and black printed with colors we don't want? For example, gray areas such as concrete or asphalt roads should be carefully examined to make sure they are not marked with red, blue or green.
細(xì)節(jié)。圖像高光和暗調(diào)部分的細(xì)節(jié)是否清晰可辨?如果原始圖像或原稿本身就缺乏細(xì)節(jié),那我們?cè)趶?fù)制過(guò)程中就不必考慮這個(gè)問(wèn)題,但是如果客戶(hù)拿來(lái)的原稿上是有細(xì)節(jié)內(nèi)容的,那我們就要把它們保留下來(lái)。
Details. Are the details of the highlight and dark part of the image clear? If the original image or manuscript itself lacks details, we don't have to consider this problem in the process of copying. However, if the client brings the manuscript with details, we have to keep them.

Moire fringe. Especially when shooting or scanning the original with pattern (textile fiber or geometric pattern, etc.), we need to process the image specially. Sometimes we can use the "slight blur" option in Photoshop to avoid moire fringes. You may also want to decide which situation you can't tolerate the most - hateful moire fringes or image details lost after blurring.
